- Build tailored solutions for our customers with AT&T's full portfolio of products, including wireless services, DIRECTV, and DIRECTV Stream.
- Deliver an effortless and engaging customer experience by sharing your expertise and enthusiasm for technology.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals and key performance metrics.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on AT&T’s latest innovations and services.

What We’re Looking For:
- Clear Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication with technical aptitude and a positive attitude.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
- Experience: A background in retail sales is helpful but not required.
- Age & Work Authorization: Must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
- Availability: Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Social Media Savvy: A strong social media presence is preferred.
- Transportation & Location: Reliable transportation and the ability to live within 30 minutes of the home store location, with flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
- Tech Savvy: Ability to operate a personal computer.
- Professionalism: Adherence to company policies with a neat and professional appearance.
