Role Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by understanding and addressing customer needs
- Build value by offering customized wireless, internet, and device solutions for individuals, families, and businesses
- Represent the AT&T brand with professionalism and integrity
- Support daily store operations and assist leadership as needed
- Achieve individual and store sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Accurately use point-of-sale and customer management systems
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and a positive, coachable attitude
- Commitment to outstanding customer service, honesty, and integrity
- Retail or sales experience preferred but not required
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Bilingual skills preferred (where applicable)
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to nearby locations within the district as needed
- Ability to operate a personal computer and other store systems
- Maintain a neat, professional appearance and follow company policies
This position is with an independently owned AT&T Authorized Retailer and not corporate AT&T.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
