Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources (case managers, social workers, discharge planners, etc.)
- Promote home care services through in-person visits, presentations, and community events
- Identify new business opportunities and referral partnerships
- Track and follow up on leads and referral activity
- Collaborate with office staff to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Represent the agency professionally in the community
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and referral goals
- Previous experience in home care, healthcare sales, or medical marketing preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable with cold/warm outreach and face-to-face marketing
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Basic computer skills (CRM experience a plus)
