In Home Caregiver
Duties: Must have knowledge in AUTISM in order to apply for the position
- Provide direct support and assistance to individuals in their homes
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
- Prepare meals and assist with meal plannin
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with transportation to appointments and outings
Skills:
- Experience in providing patient care, preferably in assisted living or nursing home settings
- Knowledge of dementia care techniques and strategies
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as needed
- Proficient in first aid and CPR
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
