We are seeking a Strategy Consultant – Workforce Orchestration, a management consulting leader who brings structure, strategy, and measurable outcomes to the design and execution of end-to-end digital labor transformation programs. This role blends analytical excellence, executive advisory capability, and digital innovation expertise to help enterprises reimagine how work is orchestrated across humans and intelligent systems.
You will guide clients through the full transformation journey — from discovery through capability and platform strategy, to roadmap execution and change enablement. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives, you will help define the vision, operating model, and measurable outcomes of a future-ready digital workforce powered by automation, AI agents, and data intelligence.

Responsibilities:
- Digital Labor Strategy & Blueprinting: Lead comprehensive assessments of current operations to define digital labor visions, strategies, and transformation roadmaps while working with the technology team to ensure we advise and coordinate the right technology for the customer that integrates automation, AI agents, and human workflows.
- Executive Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, aligning transformation initiatives with enterprise strategy, measurable outcomes, and financial goals.
- Roadmapping & Value Realization: Design full end-to-end digital labor roadmaps, including prioritization frameworks, capability models, investment sequencing, and measurable value milestones.
- Operating Model Design: Define future-state operating models that optimize human–machine collaboration, governance, and performance management.
- Transformation Program Design: Develop and oversee implementation plans that span technology enablement, workforce transition, and change management.
- Analytical Insight & Business Case Development: Quantify impact through rigorous analysis—identifying cost savings, productivity gains, and risk mitigation opportunities driven by digital labor.
- Market & Technology Scanning: Stay ahead of emerging technologies in AI, automation, and workforce orchestration to guide clients toward sustainable competitive advantage.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Asymbl’s engineering, AI, and product teams to ensure strategic alignment between roadmap vision and technical execution.
- Thought Leadership: Contribute to Asymbl’s knowledge base by publishing frameworks, methodologies, and points of view on digital labor transformation strategy.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 5–8 years of experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, or digital transformation roles (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, Accenture Strategy, or similar).
- Proven experience developing and executing digital or AI transformation roadmaps across large enterprises.
- Deep understanding of automation, AI, or digital labor technologies (e.g., RPA, AI agents, workflow orchestration, data intelligence).
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills to develop ROI-driven transformation business cases.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage executive stakeholders and distill complex concepts into strategic narratives.
- Track record of managing cross-functional programs and influencing change in ambiguous environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, computer science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Preferred:
- Experience with digital workforce platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, UiPath, Agentforce, or similar ecosystems).
- Experience defining operating models for intelligent automation or AI-driven organizations.
- Familiarity with enterprise AI adoption challenges — governance, data readiness, change management.
- Published thought leadership or frameworks related to digital labor, workforce transformation, or AI strategy.
