This role combines high-level executive administrative support with hands-on coordination of sales meetings, client visits, and team events. This is a Nashville-based role with the requirement to be in the office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and other identified times for team and client meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive & Administrative Support: Flawlessly manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, expense reports, and general administrative tasks for multiple sales leaders; ensure executives are equipped with the necessary tools and maintain confidentiality in all activities. Client & Sales Support: Coordinate logistics and materials for in-person client visits and sales meetings; assist with preparation, follow-up, and serve as a key point-of-contact to ensure a high-quality client experience. Team & Event Coordination: Assist with the planning and execution of internal events such as team offsites, QBRs, and morale initiatives, as well as occasional cross-functional or client-facing hospitality events. This role will be integral to the planning of the annual Sales Kick-off, team offsites, and the Achiever’s Club sales recognition event. Budget Management: Coordinate with team leaders and finance to ensure spending on events, T&E and other SG&A is within budget.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
