The Inventory Specialist is responsible for supporting daily operations and administrative activities for the Quality, Product Engineering, and FA inventory locations. This role ensures accuracy, availability, and timely movement of inventory while adhering to established processes and business needs.

This role ensures accuracy, availability, and timely movement of inventory while adhering to established processes and business needs.
Essential Functions
- Support warehouse operations and related administrative tasks to meet quality and productivity goals.
- Ensure timely product movement, availability, disposition, and accurate system transactions in D365.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by identifying, researching, and resolving discrepancies; communicate findings to leadership as needed.
- Conduct searches for misplaced products within systems and physical locations.
- Perform and support inventory counts, cycle counts, and audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Collaborate effectively across departments to support overall business needs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by leadership.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills/knowledge:
- Knowledge of supply chain integration, logistics network and warehouse best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to navigate and root cause opportunities to seek resolution.
- Strong ability to handle ambiguity and adapts readily and easily to changes.
- Strong verbal and written communication and team facilitation skills.
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be detailed oriented.
- Ability to be self-motivated, work independently and set priorities
- 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Bending, sitting, lifting, and standing based on the need of the business.
- Standing and/or sitting for extended and long periods of time, up to 100% of shift or over time.
