Assessment Scheduler

Responsibilities 

• Schedule off-site face-to-face as well as virtual assessment appointments, coordinating with multiple outside resources.
• Answer phones, monitor email inboxes, order supplies, and copy and distribute correspondences. 
• Provide information on meeting transportation, alternative arrangements and/ or refer to the appropriate county-based transportation office.
• Collaborate with field assessors to coordinate appointments for team member calendars. 
• Ensure all documentation is thorough, accurate and complete.
• Follow up on consultation, ensuring proper completion within one working day that the consultation occurred.
• Reschedule appointments if consultations did not take place, identifying and addressing the reasons for missed appointments.
• Generate form(s), letter(s). and mail to consulting practitioner to summarize findings, identify alternatives, and include their recommendations.
• Read, understand, and adhere to all corporate policies including policies related to HIPAA and its Privacy and Security Rules.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience working in a customer service or healthcare environment.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize with variable and sometimes conflicting deadlines.

• Strong communication (written/verbal), interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Bilingual preferred (English and a second language).
