Schedule: Full-Time | In-Office | Monday–Friday
Reports To: Supervising Paralegal / Pre-Litigation Manager
Experience: 3 Years in Personal Injury Pre-Litigation

The Opportunity:
A growing, established plaintiff-side personal injury law firm in Downtown Phoenix is seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Legal Assistant to support attorneys, paralegals, and case managers.
The firm handles motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death cases.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize case files in Filevine, ensuring accurate documentation and deadline tracking.
- Request medical records, bills, and imaging reports.
- Track client medical treatment, gaps in care, and prepare medical chronologies.
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, and lien holders.
- Draft letters of representation, correspondence, file memos, and record requests.
- Assist with demand preparation, negotiations, and settlement documentation.
- Utilize Filevine, LeadDocket, RingCentral, and Microsoft 365.
Qualifications
- 3 years of personal injury pre-litigation experience.
- Filevine experience is mandatory (intermediate to advanced).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Experience supporting paralegals, attorneys, and demand writers.
- Familiarity with Arizona personal injury procedures and medical terminology preferred.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team in a fast-paced environment.
