Astute Business Solutions is an Oracle Cloud partner and PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, and Banner consulting firm based in Dublin, CA. Astute is currently looking to hire a PeopleSoft Time & Labor Functional Consultant for a Federal Re-implementation contract.
Title: PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Time & Labor Functional Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: Full-Time (5 year contract)
Only U.S. citizens will qualify for this position. No security clearance required.
Please Note that Candidates with a Green Card or H1b will NOT be accepted for this position.
Job Description:
· Ability to work on all project phases: Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Setup and Testing
· Solid understanding of time reporting, including reported time, scheduled time and exceptions
· Solid understanding of Time Reporting Codes, Workgroups, Taskgroups and Rules
· Understands integration of Time & Labor with PeopleSoft Payroll
. Experience in Optimizing the TIMEADMIN process.
. Able to troubleshoot TIMEADMIN performance issues
· Effectively manages scope and customer expectations on individual assignments
· Follows through on all assignments and takes ownership of client issues
· Communicates clearly and effectively with clients, account managers, and management
· Consistently produces clear, concise status reports
· Builds confidence and trust with clients
· Displays effective analytical skills
Skill Requirements:
· PeopleSoft 9.2 experience
· Upgrade and implementation experience
· 8 years in Requirements Gathering, documentation, user interaction, cross-functional analysis, configuration and testing
· Upgrade and implementation experience
· Solid understanding of time reporting, including reported time, scheduled time and exceptions
· Solid understanding of Time Reporting Codes, Workgroups, Taskgroups and Rules
· Understands integration of Time & Labor with PeopleSoft Payroll
