Job Purpose
Develop long-term relationships with customers while adhering to the organization’s sales policies, objectives, and initiatives. Explore product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential. Responsible for meeting the operational needs of all customers. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Be the primary contact for building long-term relationships with customers
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess our working relationship
- Maintain sales budget, product offering, and selling price
- Contribute to sales team by accomplishing expected goals
- Assist customers through email, telephone, and in person meetings
- Develop a trusting relationship with key accounts
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Forecast and track the growth of key accounts
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
- Support the organization’s reputation by accepting ownership and exploring ways to impact the overall success of our company
- Maintain the satisfaction of the organization’s customer base by delivering exceptional service on a routine basis
- Introduce new customers and further develop existing relationships

Qualifications:- Education: HS diploma/GED required
- Experience: 5 years of experience in the field or related area
- Courses/Certifications/Training: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, Ability to manage multiple projects while being attentive to details, Self-motivated, Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and adherence to details, Ability to work within Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, AS400, and desk support software.
