Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to meet high standards of cleanliness
- Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment
- Clean floors using various techniques such as sweeping, mopping, and floor care treatments to preserve their appearance and longevity
- Handle laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items with care
- Maintain the cleanliness of surfaces such as countertops, appliances, bathrooms, and furniture
- Use janitorial tools and cleaning equipment efficiently while adhering to safety protocols for manual handling and heavy lifting
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and ensure satisfaction with the cleaning service
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred; janitorial or custodial experience is a plus
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, and sanitation standards required for safe and effective cleaning practices
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently while following all safety guidelines
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and complete assignments within designated timeframes

- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards clients
- Familiarity with outdoor work environments is advantageous but not mandatory
- Reliable transportation to access multiple client locations as needed
