Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule production activities to ensure timely delivery of RF and EMI filter products.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to optimize workflow and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods; initiate procurement actions as necessary.
- Prepare and maintain production schedules, work orders, and documentation in accordance with facility standards.
- Analyze production data and generate reports to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
- Assist in forecasting demand based on customer orders and historical trends.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to support on-time delivery and high-quality output.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for production planning and supply chain processes.
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with production planning or supply chain concepts, either through coursework or internships.
- Understanding of manufacturing environments, especially in semiconductor, medical device, or aerospace sectors.
- Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to take initiative.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Interest in learning about manufacturing processes and supply chain management within high-tech industries.
- Experience with ERP or MRP System is a plus

Salary : $50,000 - $70,000
