Responsibilities:
- Implement ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
- Develop and maintain a positive, nurturing relationship with clients and their families
- Collaborate with the therapy team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
- Must be a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- No experience in ABA therapy or a related field needed; willingness to learn and grow with our team
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with children and families
- Competitive hourly rate: $20 - $24 HOURLY
