Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the client's home or community setting
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans created by a supervising BCBA
- Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior
- Collaborate regularly with BCBAs, parents, and team members
- Attend team meetings and training sessions as required
- Maintain professional, respectful communication with families
- Ensure safety and promote skill development for each child
- Must hold an active RBT certification through the BACB
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong communication and organizational skills
