What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate position at AstrixTechnology LLC?
We are seeking a Warehouse Associate who will be responsible to receive and process incoming shipments in a regulated manufacturing environment!
Pay: $21-22/hour
Shift: M-F, 8am- 5pm
Description:
- Receive, process, and record warehouse inventory transactions.
- Inspect inbound and outbound shipments to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies or damage.
- Transfer received materials to Receiving Inspection and relocate approved items to designated raw material and supply inventory locations.
- Pick, kit, and issue raw materials for manufacturing work orders while accurately processing inventory transactions.
- Retrieve finished goods inventory to fulfill customer distribution and sales orders.
- Prepare shipping documentation and complete required documentation for both domestic and international shipments.
- Coordinate with multiple freight carriers during shipping and pickup operations.
- Collaborate with Quality Control, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams to ensure operational compliance and timely order fulfillment.
- Perform physical inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Support warehouse organization by optimizing layout, maintaining safe working conditions, and promoting operational efficiency.
Experience:
- High school Diploma
- Experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or stockroom
- Experience with common carrier shipping method
- Experience working in a regulated industry
