B2B Customer Account Specialist Daily Tasks: What you will do:
- The Customer Account Partner (CAP) plays a key role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of assigned business customers.
- This role requires a mix of relationship management, problem-solving, and business acumen.
- You will act as the primary advocate for customers, representing their needs while also promoting company products and services.
- The CAP is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and fostering long-term, trusted partnerships.
- This position is ideal for someone eager to develop expertise in distribution and advance within the organization.
- Daily responsibilities include serving as the main point of contact for customers, supporting order management, and ensuring key deliverables are met.
- The role involves making informed decisions that balance customer satisfaction with the company’s financial and operational objectives.
- All work must comply with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and the company’s code of conduct.
B2B Customer Account Specialist Qualifications/Requirements:
- High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years in customer service with a focus on managing dedicated customer accounts.
- At least 3 years of B2B service experience, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with SAP or Salesforce is a plus.
- Experience in distribution and/or the chemical industry is highly desirable.
