The Sr. Regulatory Affairs Specialist plays a key role in supporting the development, registration, and compliance of personal care and cosmetic products across global markets. This position is responsible for preparing and maintaining regulatory documentation, ensuring ingredient and labeling compliance, and partnering cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, and Marketing teams to enable successful and timely product launches.
As a professional with 5-7 years of Regulatory Affairs experience within the cosmetics or personal care industry , this role requires you to have strong attention to detail, and knowledge of claims substantiation and product development lifecycle

Key Responsibilities
Regulatory Compliance & Knowledge
- Maintain a thorough understanding of global cosmetic and personal care regulations, including U.S. FDA, EU Cosmetics Regulation, Health Canada, ASEAN, and other international standards
- Ensure compliance with ingredient regulations, including INCI nomenclature and restricted/prohibited substance lists
- Support product registrations and notifications across international markets
- Prepare, review, and maintain Product Information Files (PIFs), Safety Assessments, and regulatory dossiers
- Evaluate product labels, claims, and marketing materials to ensure regulatory compliance
- Manage and organize raw material documentation, including SDS, COAs, and allergen statements
- Partner with R&D, Marketing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to support product development and commercialization
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, clients, and regulatory authorities
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or related field (preferred)
- 5-7 years of Regulatory Affairs experience within the cosmetics or personal care industry
- Strong knowledge of global cosmetic regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience with claims substantiation and the product development lifecycle
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset
