Responsibilities
- Apply and develop molecular biology methods to validate T cell targets
- Design, execute, and troubleshoot laboratory experiments
- Analyze experimental data and clearly communicate findings
- Collaborate with oncology research team members to support projects and decisions
- Learn and apply advanced lab technologies as needed
- Prepare and deliver internal presentations and contribute to scientific publications
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot lab equipment
- Follow safety regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain accurate and compliant laboratory records
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Immunology, Oncology, or a related scientific field
- Strong understanding of molecular and cellular biology concepts
- Hands-on experience with:
- Aseptic cell culture
- Immune cell isolation
- ELISA / MSD / AlphaLISA assays
- RT-qPCR
- Western blot
- Experience with multi-color flow cytometry (preferred)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Prism)
- Ability to troubleshoot experiments and solve technical problems
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a research team
