Overview:
Seeking a experienced Tech Transfer Scientist to support process development, scale-up, and commercialization of pharmaceutical products. This role combines technical expertise and cross-functional collaboration to advance product lifecycle stages efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead tech transfer and process optimization for formulation scale-up to commercialization.
- Draft and review technical documents, protocols, and reports.
- Analyze process data to maintain product quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with Operations to ensure accurate documentation and training.
- Participate in client meetings, audits, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's (3–5 yrs exp) or Master's (1–3 yrs exp) in Pharma Sciences, Chem Eng., or related field; Ph.D. preferred.
- Experience in tech transfer and formulation scale-up
