Type: Contract-to-Hire (6 months)
Pay Rate: $21–$24 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday; 5:00am–1:30pm or 6:00am–2:30pm

Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality control tests and inspections during the production process, including pH, specific gravity, viscosity, and sensory testing.
- Record and maintain data such as lot numbers, test results, and physical observations accurately.
- Calibrate equipment and maintain detailed calibration records.
- Conduct line clearances to verify removal of previous products and materials before new production runs.
- Perform first article, first pallet, and random sampling inspections on finished goods.
- Stop production lines when major non-conformances are identified; report findings to QC management.
- Inspect and verify outgoing shipments for accuracy and completeness.
- Review and approve labels and batch documentation for accuracy.
- Collect retain samples and manage retain sample documentation.
- Maintain temperature and moisture monitoring logs and daily QC reports.
- Follow SOPs and cGMP procedures, supporting continuous improvement and compliance initiatives.
- Perform additional quality-related tasks as assigned by the QC Manager or Senior QC Specialist.
- High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree or coursework in science preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in a quality control, laboratory, or manufacturing environment.
- Basic understanding of GMP and manufacturing safety standards.
- Strong math and computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel).
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented production environment.
