Our client, a growing personal care and nutraceutical manufacturer in Pomona, CA area is seeking 2nd and 3rd shift QA Inspectors to join their team! We are looking for talented & hardworking individuals to join this dynamic organization.
Title: Quality Inspector
Contract length: 1 year contract-to-hire
Shift: 2nd & 3rd available M-F 9pm-6am OR 2pm-10pm
Pay rate range: $20-25/hr.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough visual and functional inspections of personal care products and other related items, to identify defects or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of inspection results, including defect classification, quantities, and any other relevant data.
- Ensure that all personal care products comply with industry regulations and standards, such as FDA guidelines, and work towards continuous improvement in meeting these requirements.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions to prevent defects and non-conformities.
- Communicate with the production team to address and resolve quality issues, deviations, or non-conformities, and report to the Quality Manager.
- Ensure the inspection area and equipment are clean, well-maintained, and organized for efficient and accurate inspections.
- Participate in root cause analysis investigations to determine the cause of defects and assist in developing preventive measures.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a QC Inspector in a GMP regulated environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify defects or deviations in product quality.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to assist in process improvement and root cause analysis.
- Good computer skills for recording and reporting inspection data.
- Strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized inspection area.
Salary : $20 - $25
