Maintenance Mechanic

Shift: 2nd OR 3rd shift

Pay: $27/hr (shift differential offered)

Position Overview

The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and safety of all manufacturing equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on manufacturing equipment to ensure peak performance.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical issues in machinery.
• Implement corrective actions and modifications to restore and improve equipment functionality.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Assist in the installation and setup of new manufacturing equipment.
• Conduct performance testing to verify machinery efficiency and reliability.
• Perform equipment setups by following detailed setup sheets.
• Responsibilities may vary slightly depending on location.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical or vocational training in mechanical or electrical maintenance preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience maintaining hydraulic and electrical systems
