Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage quality/compliance initiatives with clear scope, timelines, and risks
- Translate strategy into actionable plans, roadmaps, and prioritized workstreams
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and/or Agile methodologies to drive execution
- Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and performance tracking
- Deliver executive-ready reporting, dashboards, and presentations
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean workshops, Kaizen events)
- Develop data-driven insights using Excel-based tools and models
- Proven project/program management experience in regulated environments (GxP preferred)
- Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies
- Track record of delivering quality/compliance initiatives with measurable results
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to operate in a global, cross-functional environment
- Balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- Strong focus on outcomes, metrics, and continuous improvement
- Ability to adapt quickly to evolving priorities
