- Lead and oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective production.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, waste reduction, process optimization, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.
- Monitor production metrics and implement strategies to achieve operational goals and performance targets.
- Develop, coach, and mentor supervisors and production personnel to build strong, engaged, and accountable teams.
- Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve operational challenges and maintain production flow.
- Develop and execute operational plans that support production schedules, customer demands, and business objectives.
- Maintain accurate production documentation and provide performance reporting to senior leadership.
- Oversee equipment readiness and collaborate with Maintenance to maximize uptime and operational reliability.
- Support new product introductions and process improvements while minimizing disruption to ongoing operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 10 years of manufacturing operations experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated success leading teams and driving measurable operational improvements.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and workplace safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and report to company facilities as required, including occasional same-day travel between locations.
