Maintenance Mechanic

2nd Shift (3 PM–11 PM, M–F)

Pay: $27-30/hour

About The Role

We’re looking for a Maintenance Mechanic to keep our production lines running safely and efficiently. You’ll perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and support up to 10 manufacturing lines as needed. This role works with packaging equipment (conveyors, fillers, labelers, cappers, blenders) in a GMP environment.

What You’ll Do

• Perform preventive and routine maintenance on production equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues
• Support equipment setups and line changeovers
• Assist with new equipment installs and modifications
• Ensure safety and quality standards are followed
• Conduct equipment performance checks
  
  

Preferred Experience

• Electrical or controls background
• Experience with packaging machinery
• Class 1 flammability experience (working with alcohol-based products)
• General GMP experience
• Ability to float between multiple lines
• Ability to jump in wherever support is needed
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing
• Experience with hydraulic and electrical systems (preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and time-management skills
• Ability to read technical documents and follow setup sheets
• High attention to detail and commitment to safety
