This role drives execution of Learning & Development and Operational Guidelines workstreams, helping standardize and scale enterprise processes across a matrixed global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead execution of L&D and Operational Guidelines workstreams within portfolio operations
- Partner with workstream leads on planning, milestones, and delivery execution
- Track roadmaps, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Support enterprise learning programs and scientific training operations
- Coordinate training assignments, workshops, and learning system activities (LMS)
- Support rollout of standardized operational processes and governance frameworks
- Enable cross-functional alignment across global stakeholders
- Bachelor’s or more advanced depth and breadth of training and experience and who meet job-specific criteria are eligible for consideration. Project management coursework or additional supportive training is a must (e.g. PMP, Six Sigma, Lean, Design Thinking, Agile methodology, etc.).
- 3 - 5 years of experience in healthcare life sciences (HCLS).
- Experience operating L&D information systems (e.g. Cornerstone)
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Experience supporting enterprise transformation or process standardization initiatives
- Ability to work across global teams and time zones
- Strong execution focus with ability to translate strategy into delivery
Salary : $50 - $70
