  • Full Lifecycle ER Case Management: Lead full lifecycle complex employee relations cases-from intake through investigation, documentation, recommendations, and resolution-ensuring fairness, compliance, and consistency with Astrion's values. Prepare and deliver formal investigative reports, recommendations and supporting documents for leadership and legal review. Provide guidance and mentorship to HR Business Partners, equipping them with tools, coaching, and frameworks to manage routine ER and ADA/accommodation issues independently. Promote an equitable, ethical, inclusive, and accessible workplace culture by modeling Astrion's values in every ER interaction.
  • Insight and Analysis: Track ER and ADA trends, identify root causes, and develop proactive interventions to improve workplace culture, accessibility, and reduce risk. Manage EthicsPoint case tracking and quarterly reporting, providing trend analysis and metrics to Legal and the ELT. Develop and deliver quarterly ER dashboards and reports for HR leadership and executive stakeholders, highlighting trends in performance management, accommodations, separations, and misconduct to inform proactive organizational strategies.
  • Proactive Prevention: Partner with HR leadership to design and deliver training for managers and HR teams on ER best practices, compliance, interactive ADA process, and conflict resolution. Proactively advise leaders on performance management processes, corrective actions, and separations, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual requirements. Develop and deliver ER-related training for HR Business Partners to strengthen their capabilities in managing ER issues, performance management, and reduction in force processes. Serve as a core member of Astrion's Insider Threat Committee, providing ER expertise assessing and managing high-risk workplace situations such as potential threats, workplace violence, and crisis response.
  • Documentation Management: Take ownership of enterprise ER file management practices. Maintain audit-ready ER and ADA case files and documentation in line with Astrion standards and government contract requirements. Develop, maintain, and continuously enhance enterprise templates for ER processes, including warnings, performance improvement plans (PIPs_, and reduction in force communications, ensuring consistency and compliance across the organization.
