Duties
- Perform injectable treatments such as dermal fillers and botulinum toxin (Botox) to reduce wrinkles, restore volume, and enhance facial features with precision and artistry.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history review, skin analysis, and suitability evaluation for aesthetic procedures.
- Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, post-procedure care, and potential risks to ensure informed decision-making.
- Maintain sterile technique and follow aseptic protocols during all procedures to prevent infection and ensure patient safety.
- Document all treatments accurately within electronic health record (EHR) system, Aesthetic Record.
- Monitor patient progress post-treatment, address any adverse reactions promptly, and provide appropriate follow-up care.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine, laser treatments, and related technologies to deliver cutting-edge services.
Requirements
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license with certification to perform aesthetic injections in the state of practice.
- Proven experience administering injections such as dermal fillers and botulinum toxin treatments.
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy, physiology, and aging processes relevant to aesthetic procedures.
- Experience working in medical offices with EMR/EHR systems like Aesthetic Record strongly preferred, but not required.
- Excellent patient communication skills with the ability to educate and build trust with diverse populations.
- Additional skills in laser treatments are a plus but not mandatory.
Pay: $40.00 - $75.00 per hour
