Core Responsibilities (May Include)
- Performing injectable aesthetic treatments in accordance with CAPS’ clinical standards
- Conducting consultations, health histories, and detailed treatment documentation
- Reviewing and executing personalized treatment plans with accuracy and safety
- Collaborating with clinical leadership on operational and growth initiatives
- Participating in internal and vendor‑led training to support skill advancement
- Managing patient care plans, follow‑ups, and rebooking for optimal outcomes
- Maintaining OSHA, infection control, and safety standards
- Contributing to departmental meetings and continuous improvement efforts
- Providing compassionate, professional, and ethical patient care
- Active RN or NP license in the state of Ohio (required)
- Significant hands‑on injection experience in a medical or aesthetics setting
- Advanced proficiency with neuromodulators and dermal fillers
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and consultation skills
- Commitment to patient safety, ethics, and high‑quality outcomes
- Team‑oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail
