IT Inventory Technician - Peripheral Vending Program

About the Role

The IT Inventory Technician is a hands-on, operations-focused role responsible for keeping our client’s IT hardware ecosystem running smoothly. You will own the day-to-day operation of IT peripheral vending machines, manage hardware inventory from receipt through deployment, and ensure employees have the equipment they need—on time and without friction. This role sits at the intersection of physical logistics, data accuracy, and employee experience.

Qualifi

cations

• Required2-4 years of experience in IT logistics, asset management, warehouse operations, or a relate
• d field.Hands-on experience with inventory or asset management systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jamf, or similar pla
• tforms).Familiarity with IT hardware—laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and security tokens (e.g., Yu
• biKeys).Strong attention to detail and a track record of maintaining accurate data and
• records.Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks in a warehouse or office envi
• ronment.Effective written and verbal communication skills for vendor coordination, ticket responses, and docume
