You will play a vital role in ensuring hardware integrity, maintaining structured cabling standards, and supporting day-to-day inventory audits.

Your Roles and Responsibilities

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent; an Associate’s degree or relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A , Network , or Server ) is a strong plus.
  • Basic understanding of server hardware components (CPU, RAM, NICs, storage interfaces) and rack topologies.

  • Experience working within an IT ticketing system (such as ServiceNow or Jira) to track and update tasks.
  • High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must have the ability to safely lift, carry, and maneuver rack-mounted equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods while working in a data center environment.
  • Must be comfortable working in a dynamic environment with loud ambient noise (from server cooling fans) and varying climate-controlled temperatures.
