POSITION SUMMARY
The Program Coordinator plays a central role in supporting the planning, execution and continuous quality improvement of the organization's programs. This position provides administrative support to Director of Compliance, Chief Quality Officer and Quality Department. The Program Coordinator manages certain database operations, document preparation, and supports program implementation. This person provides support by preparing program materials, bulletins and information sheets, monitoring timelines and working closely with staff to ensure smooth workflow.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage competing priorities. They take initiative without requiring constant direction and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Assist with information management for quarterly reports
- Administrative support for Licensing, Certification, and Accreditations
- Assis with compilation of information for quarterly reports
- Manage Policy Manager program in all facets to ensure operational excellence across all components
- Data entry of Satisfaction Surveys as needed
- Forms management/editing/development
- Material preparation ahead of meetings
- Department meeting minutes and CQI Oversight Committee
- Schedule and coordinate department meetings, room reservations
- Coordinate and or assist with special assignments or projects
- Administrative support for Quality Department
- Other duties as assigned
Other Duties
- Demonstrate cultural and linguistic competence
- Approach interactions with individuals served and colleagues with a trauma sensitive lens
- Acts as an ambassador of the agency in the community setting, which may include doing public educational and informational presentations.
- Support and actively promote the vision and mission of the agency and the philosophy of the strengths perspective
- Completes required trainings
- Other duties as assigned, as qualified and trained for.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience in administrative support services
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Work as a team member
- Work independently as needed
- Successful completion of Kansas Bureau of Investigation (KBI), Central Registry, and other applicable background investigations and possess a valid Kansas driver's license
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check

Other Physical Requirements:
Sitting for prolonged periods of time. Occasionally lift 20 lbs. Frequent use of computer and other office equipment.
