Position: Retail Manager
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support the daily operations of the branch’s retail team
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring exceptional service
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve individual and team goals
- Identify customer needs and support the delivery of appropriate bank products and services
- Monitor operations to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance development
- Handle customer questions and resolve concerns in a professional manner
- Support branch growth through relationship building and community involvement
- Work collaboratively with leadership and team members to create a positive work environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A positive attitude and passion for helping others succeed
- Ability to build relationships with customers, staff, and the community
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous banking, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
