Position: Personal Banker
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service
- Assist customers with everyday banking transactions and account needs
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate bank products and services
- Open new accounts and assist with account maintenance
- Handle customer questions and resolve concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while processing transactions
- Support branch goals through relationship building and community involvement
- Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive customer experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A positive attitude and passion for helping others
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively with customers and team members
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service or banking experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
