Job Summary:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify strengths, deficits, and needs of each client
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans to address client goals and objectives
- Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of client progress and treatment plans
- Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with best practices in ABA and autism treatment
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
- Experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Experience with ABA therapy and treatment planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
