Description:
The Training Coordinator will collaborate with the Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) and program leadership to provide various trainings related to staff development and professional growth. This includes effective communication, wellness, and self-care. Additionally, attention will be given to supervisory development and training to meet the Agency's needs.
This role will manage and implement external training contracts, assist the Director of Clinical Training, and support the Agency's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) work. The Training Coordinator will also develop specialized trainings for staff development related to DEI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with CHRO and program leadership on staff development and professional growth trainings
- Provide training on effective communication, wellness, and self-care
- Manage and implement external training contracts
- Assist the Director of Clinical Training with external training initiatives
- Support the Agency's DEI work and develop specialized trainings
Requirements:
- Associate degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development or a Bachelor's Degree in education, communication, or the social service field preferred
