Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Caseworker located in Bronx, NY. The Caseworker will provide case management, social work services, and support to children and families. Day-to-day tasks include conducting assessments, developing and implementing service plans, maintaining case records, and providing direct support and counseling to clients. The Caseworker will work closely with community resources and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
- Experience in Social Work, Case Management, and Casework
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and community resources
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in maintaining clear and accurate case records
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field
