Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender / Server who is passionate about providing an extraordinary dining experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in fine dining establishments, with expertise in crafting custom cocktails and a strong knowledge of worldly wines.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages, including craft cocktails and wines, with a focus on presentation and taste.
- Provide exceptional service to our members, ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations.
- Maintain a clean, organized bar and dining area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist in menu planning and wine pairing suggestions to enhance member experiences.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and communication between front and back of house.
- Uphold the Astor Club’s standards of hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a fine dining environment.
