Overview
We are seeking an experienced Property Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of a commercial property portfolio. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for tenants while partnering cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth property operations and a high level of service.

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Property Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of a commercial property portfolio. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for tenants while partnering cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth property operations and a high level of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, requests, and issue resolution
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule repairs, preventative maintenance, and routine property inspections
- Manage lease administration processes, including renewals, amendments, and terminations
- Support move-in and move-out processes, including inspections and security deposit tracking
- Prepare and process tenant invoicing; ensure accuracy within Yardi and Nexus systems
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenant communications, work orders, and property activity
- Resolve tenant concerns promptly while ensuring compliance with company policies and lease agreements
- Assist with monthly reporting related to tenant services and property performance
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including accounting, legal, and property management
- Experience in property management, property administration, or commercial real estate
- Working knowledge of lease agreements and rental practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with Yardi preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-service oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
