Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a high volume of requisitions (40 at a time)
- Support hiring across multiple functions: corporate, technical, engineering, manufacturing, accounting, and facilities
- Own requisitions from intake through offer acceptance
- Source candidates using a variety of channels and build active talent pipelines
- Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidate qualifications
- Partner with HR and hiring managers on compensation alignment and hiring strategy
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across stakeholders and candidates
- Manage requisitions across multiple locations (Rancho Bernardo, Poway, Torrey Pines)
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in BrassRing ATS
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and changing hiring demands
- Operate effectively in a highly manual recruiting environment
- 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven success managing 40–80 requisitions simultaneously
- Experience recruiting across multiple functions (technical, corporate, manufacturing, etc.)
- Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate evaluation skills
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (BrassRing preferred)
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience in technical or engineering recruiting
- Supporting manufacturing or industrial environments
- Experience with onboarding processes
- Comfortable working without AI or automated recruiting tools
