Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified technical candidates, with a focus on Software Development Engineers (SDEs) and other technology roles in devices and services.
- Conduct sourcing recruitment activities, including screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates for technical and non-technical positions.
- Plan and execute recruiting strategies using a variety of sourcing methods, tools, and platforms to attract top technical talent.
- Collaborate with hiring teams and stakeholders to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles, and align recruiting strategies with business needs.
- Use professional judgment and extensive recruiting experience to prioritize requisitions, manage pipelines, and meet hiring timelines.
- Perform a variety of recruiting and talent acquisition tasks, adapting to changing priorities and hiring demands.
- Lead and direct the work of other recruiting or sourcing team members when needed, providing guidance and support.
- Apply creativity and initiative to improve sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and overall recruiting processes.
- Report to a manager or head of a unit or department, providing regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and outcomes.
- 4 years of experience in recruiting and sourcing, with a strong focus on technical roles.
- Proven experience in technical sourcing, including identifying, engaging, and nurturing technical talent pipelines.
- Hands-on experience in technical recruiting for roles such as Software Development Engineers (SDEs) and other technology positions.
- Solid understanding of recruiting concepts, practices, and procedures across the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make informed hiring recommendations.
- Experience performing reference checks and managing offer processes for new hires.
- Ability to conduct new hire orientations and support onboarding activities.
- Experience processing employee status changes, including transfers, promotions, and separations.
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to plan and accomplish recruiting goals independently.
- Ability to lead or direct the work of others in a recruiting or sourcing capacity when required.
- Comfort working with a wide degree of creativity and latitude in approaching sourcing and recruiting challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in human resources, business, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or a related talent acquisition role is preferred.
- Previous experience working in a large-scale, technology-focused organization is beneficial.
- Experience supporting devices and services or similar technology domains is an advantage.
- Talent acquisition background with exposure to both technical and non-technical hiring.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working closely with hiring teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to evolving hiring needs and prioritize multiple requisitions effectively.
