Responsibilities
- Develop and manage projects affecting new consumer-facing payment products.
- Ensure timely execution with a focus on security, performance, availability, and reliability.
- Act as a bridge between External Payment Services and internal customers.
- Define requirements and plan delivery for projects.
- Design websites and features related to payment products.
- Provide escalation management and anticipate tradeoffs.
- Balance business needs with technical constraints.
- Work on the business side of projects to drive deployment of new products.
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science or related field.
- 3-5 years of industry experience as a software developer or technical lead.
- Experience in the payments or mobile payments space.
- Proven track record of effective collaboration across different organizational groups.
- Successful delivery of software products from conception to customer deployment.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with strong product and program management skills.
- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical business owners.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Familiarity with Linux, Java, and HTML.
- Experience in requirements gathering and detailed process optimization.
- Skills in automation design and program management.
- Familiarity with project management, AI, and communication skills.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Salesforce certification preferred.
- Experience with Certinia/FinancialForce is preferred.
