What You'll Do
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
- Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
- Source candidates through job boards, databases, and direct outreach
- Screen applicants and conduct phone interviews
- Coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate pipelines and provide timely follow-up
- Extend offers and support onboarding activities
- Track recruiting metrics and hiring activity using ATS and Excel
- Maintain recruiting records and documentation
- Assist with onboarding paperwork and employee files
- Support reporting and data tracking initiatives
- Organize recruiting and HR documentation
- Assist with additional administrative projects as needed
- Provide general support to the HR team during periods of high hiring activity
- 6 months of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, sourcing, HR, or a related field
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, ATS platforms, or HR systems
- Comfortable balancing recruiting responsibilities with administrative tasks
- High-volume recruiting experience
- Manufacturing, industrial, or hourly hiring experience
- Experience with Workday, Indeed, or other applicant tracking systems
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable making candidate outreach calls and follow-ups
- Adaptable and willing to jump in where needed
- Passionate about providing a positive candidate experience
