The position is fully remote, with a laptop and equipment provided. The role reports to the Manager of Talent Acquisition within the Program Management Office. The team operates across different time zones, with a recommended work schedule of 9-5 CST, though this can be discussed if based in EST.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $31.00/hr.

- Support background checks and partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers.
- Ensure a smooth and positive hiring experience for all candidates.
- Identify and implement improvements in recruiting processes.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders including recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
- Handle recruitment logistics and support talent acquisition initiatives.
- Experience supporting recruiting or HR teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling candidate data and scheduling.
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruiting platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Outlook and Excel skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
- Customer-service oriented approach to candidate and stakeholder interactions.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
- Interest in process improvement and operational efficiency within recruiting workflows.
- Talent acquisition and recruiting operations experience.
- Experience in HR administration and process documentation.
- Skills in process optimization and multi-tasking.
- Experience in using HR software and SOP documentation.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
