Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43.26 - $48.08/hr.

What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of buyers and supply chain professionals.
- Oversee purchasing, inventory control, production planning, and logistics.
- Manage ERP-driven purchasing and inventory processes.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels while reducing excess and obsolete stock.
- Partner with production teams to ensure materials are available on time.
- Drive process improvements and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- 3 years of supply chain, purchasing, or materials management experience in manufacturing.
- 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- ERP system experience related to purchasing, planning, and inventory.
- Strong experience in inventory control, logistics, and production planning.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Lead a small, established supply chain team.
- Stable company with a long-tenured, collaborative culture.
- Monday-Thursday 8 AM-5 PM, Friday 8 AM-4 PM schedule.
- 3% 401(k) match.
- Paid company shutdown during the last week of December.
