Job Description
The Senior Product Specialist enters, maintains, and validates product registration data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across enterprise systems. This role identifies and resolves data discrepancies, collaborates closely with customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders, and serves as a primary point of contact for product and data-related inquiries.
Responsibilities
This is a fully onsite position, working five days per week. Core hours for the team are 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The role operates in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment that relies on enterprise and warranty systems to manage product registration data. You will work closely with internal teams, dealers, and customers throughout the day, focusing on accuracy, consistency, and timely resolution of data-related issues.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.

Responsibilities
- Enter, maintain, and validate product registration data across enterprise systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Identify data discrepancies in product registration and related records, determine root causes, and take appropriate steps to resolve issues promptly.
- Escalate complex or unresolved data issues to the appropriate department to prevent delays in assistance or service.
- Collaborate with customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders to obtain missing information and clarify incomplete or inconsistent data.
- Respond to and manage product and data-related inquiries from internal teams, dealers, and customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor data quality within enterprise and warranty systems and take proactive steps to maintain high standards of accuracy.
- Handle high-volume, detail-driven data tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Document processes, updates, and resolutions to support consistent data management practices across the team.
- Proven data entry skills with the ability to input and update large volumes of information accurately.
- Experience in data analysis and data management, including identifying and correcting data discrepancies.
- Strong data collection abilities, including gathering missing information from multiple sources.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to handle high-volume, detail-driven tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Experience working in ERP and/or warranty systems.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail in all data-related tasks.
- High school diploma with two years of relevant experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Comfort working with enterprise-level systems and tools for data entry and data management.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively when handling multiple requests and inquiries.
- Strong problem-solving skills to investigate and resolve data-related issues.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across different audiences.
- Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support continuous improvement in data processes.
