Job Description
We are seeking Sales Support Specialists to provide internal sales and operational support for field-based teams operating in clinical environments. This role is primarily focused on order entry, order shipment, and internal request management. The Sales Support Specialist will initially get up to speed on current systems and workflows and then transition into supporting the team within a SAP environment. These roles will also provide additional support around an R7 deployment, helping ensure continuity and accuracy during the system transition. The customer base for this team consists entirely of internal employees, including sales and clinical support teams.
Responsibilities
The position offers a predictable second-shift schedule from 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM EST, with no weekend work. It is a hybrid model, primarily remote with full onsite requirements during the entire month of July for SAP system go-live and prior training and onboarding sessions. Outside of these times, the work is fully remote. There is potential for end-of-month overtime only.

- Assist in transitioning to support within a SAP environment.
- Ensure continuity and accuracy during system transitions.
- Support internal employees, including sales and clinical support teams.
- 2 years experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, or Administrative roles.
- Ability to manage high-volume email correspondence with accuracy.
- Strong experience working with Outlook and written communications.
- Attention to detail for order entry accuracy.
- Comfort learning new systems and processes quickly.
- Experience supporting internal customers rather than external clients.
- Exposure to SAP or other ERP platforms.
- Experience supporting field-based sales or clinical teams.
- Familiarity with deployment or system transition environments.
