This role leads the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for high-volume production and machine operator positions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will attract, recruit, screen, and interview candidates while partnering closely with business leaders to meet aggressive hiring targets for a new facility ramp-up. Responsibilities
This role operates on a standard schedule of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and is fully onsite. You will work closely with production and manufacturing teams in a dynamic environment undergoing a significant ramp-up to support a new facility. The setting is fast-paced and collaborative, with a strong focus on meeting high-volume hiring demands while maintaining a positive candidate experience and supporting a highly attractive employer culture.

Responsibilities
- Lead the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for hourly production roles, with a primary focus on machine operators on the production floor.
- Attract, recruit, screen, and interview candidates for high-volume hiring needs in a fast-paced and complex recruitment environment.
- Manage large requisition loads and multiple roles in parallel while consistently meeting recruitment targets and timelines.
- Drive and implement inclusion and diversity strategies and tactics across all stages of the recruiting process.
- Build strong partnerships with people leaders and HR partners to understand workforce needs and align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support employer branding initiatives that attract top talent to the manufacturing and production environment.
- Use applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines, track progress, and ensure accurate data and reporting.
- Monitor and improve key recruitment KPIs, including fill ratio and time to fill, and proactively adjust strategies to achieve goals.
- Support local and regional recruitment projects and initiatives as needed, contributing expertise in high-volume hiring.
- Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers at various levels to ensure a positive and professional recruitment experience.
- Maintain a structured and organized workflow, prioritizing tasks and staying on top of deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience managing end-to-end, high-volume hourly recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
- Proven experience recruiting within manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while handling multiple requisitions and recruitment initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong track record of implementing and supporting inclusion and diversity strategies throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
- Experience building and maintaining effective partnerships with business leaders and HR partners to meet hiring needs.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and web-based recruitment tools.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications for documentation, reporting, and communication.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve recruitment targets.
- Highly organized and structured approach to work, with strong prioritization and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with people leaders and candidates at various levels.
- Experience with recruitment in large-scale ramp-up scenarios, such as opening a new facility.
- Background in talent acquisition specifically focused on production floor roles and machine operators.
- Familiarity with Workday or similar web-based applicant tracking systems.
- Experience supporting local and regional recruitment or employer branding projects.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing hiring needs and business priorities.
- Comfort working within a highly sought-after employer environment where candidate experience and employer brand are key priorities.
