Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment process from intake to offer.
- Collaborate directly with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate qualifications.
- Recruit across diverse departments including production, manufacturing, materials, warehouse, purchasing, supply chain, customer service, sales, and select technical roles.
- Evaluate resumes accurately, assessing transferable skills and identifying skill gaps.
- Maintain comprehensive notes and track recruitment status using ADP Workforce Now.
- Proven experience as a corporate or in-house recruiter.
- Knowledge in manufacturing or technical recruiting.
- Ability to handle a high volume of requisitions independently.
- Strong skills in resume evaluation and hiring manager collaboration.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, especially ADP Workforce Now.
- HR generalist experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of employment law, employee relations, and leave management.
- Technical recruiting experience in areas such as engineering and tech sales.
- HR certifications or a related degree are advantageous.
